Question: Can I crush a multivitamin tablet and mix it with a whey protein shake?
Taking a multivitamin on a daily basis is highly recommended as it helps to strengthen the immune system. As the body starts to function better, protein is also absorbed more efficiently.
So should you take multivitamins with whey protein shakes? The answer is definitely yes!
But should you crush the pill and take it together with the drink?
