In other words, this is a recipe for a low fat protein banana bread. For those who are looking at an alternative protein source for losing weight, this is a great recipe.

Creating protein breads is great because you don't want to get ALL your protein from shakes. You will get tired of drinking those shakes anyway if you consume too many. So having protein banana bread certainly helps because you can have them for breakfast or as a small meal during snack time.

Here is the recipe: 1/4 Butter 1/4 applesauce 2 eggs 2t. skim milk 3/4c light brown sugar 2-3 med bananas 1 3/4c flour 2t. baking powder 1/2t baking soda 1/4t salt

bake at 350F for 55-60 mins
